"John Patterson is a terrible agent. The most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Talks down to his clients because they don’t understand the insurance “lingo”AKA a scam. Mr. Patterson has used profanity when I’ve disagreed with him in any way. Don’t ever get State Farm they say they take care of you but at the end of the day they only care about putting money into their commercials. I’ve seen on numerous occasions State Farm not doing right by their clients. Please don’t get folded by the cheap premiums. You might be fully insured on paper but State Farm isn’t going to cover a penny when you need them most."
